Daniel Cordova, founder and CEO of Cordova Modern Construction LLC, has been immersed in the construction industry since his teenage years. At just 18, he began working alongside his father, Raul Cordova, who introduced him to the trade at an early age. Daniel’s first tasks were simple, picking up trash on job sites, but as he grew older, he quickly mastered the use of various construction tools and developed a deep appreciation for the precision and skill the work demands.

By the age of 21, after gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential construction with his father, Daniel took the leap to establish his own company. His vision was clear: to build lasting relationships with clients through transparency, integrity, and direct communication. Daniel believes that clients should never be passed through layers of management to get answers. Instead, he ensures they work directly with the person “running the show,” building trust and reliability that stands the test of time.

Looking ahead, Daniel is set to graduate in May 2026 from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Civil Engineering. He plans to leverage this expertise to further grow Cordova Modern Construction LLC, combining his extensive field experience with engineering knowledge. With this blend of skills, Daniel is confident that clients will continue to be in excellent hands, receiving both the technical precision of an engineer and the practical expertise of a seasoned builder.
